Welcome to Al Firdous Services (KAF Travels). This document outlines the terms and conditions governing our services, establishing a contractual agreement between you and Al Firdous Services (KAF Travels).
- Trip Booking:
- To secure your booking, confirmation of your chosen arrangements’ availability is essential.
- Your booking are finalized upon our receipt of your completed application form and deposit, or upon dispatching our invoice in the absence of availability confirmation.
Electronic acknowledgments are not confirmations of bookings. Review your invoice upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies
- Pricing and Payment Modalities:
- The quoted trip price includes planning, organization, accommodation, staff, and specified services.
- We reserve the right to modify quoted prices before confirmation. Any errors communicated, and the applicable price at the time of booking will prevail.
The confirmed trip price may change only due to alterations in transportation costs, dues, taxes, fees, or exchange rates
- Exclusive Requests:
- Inform us of any special requests before booking.
- Confirmation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Obtain written confirmation of critical requests for your protection
- Surcharge and Reimbursements:
- Surcharges may apply due to unforeseen circumstances impacting trip costs.
- You can accept the surcharge, transfer to an alternative trip, or cancel for a full refund within 14 days of the surcharge invoice date.
- Failure to choose an option within the stipulated period implies acceptance of the surcharge.
Refunds for decreased costs will are paid in full.
- Modifications/ Cancellations:
- Cancellation charges may apply based on the reason for cancellation.
- Reclaimable charges may be recoverable through insurance, with claims directed to the respective insurance company.
- Transfers of bookings require notification at least two weeks before departure, and incurred costs must be settled before the transfer is finalized.
Changes to confirmed trips may incur additional costs, but we do not charge an amendment fee.
- Alterations and Cancellations by the Company:
- We reserve the right to make changes and correct errors in advertised details.
- Trips may are cancelled due to insufficient bookings, and clients will be notified at least 28 days before departure.
- Suppliers, including transport operators, operate under their terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury, delay, or loss/damage of possessions.

Company Policy
- Hajj Registration operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- A mandatory mutual agreement with the managing company will be required.
- The package cost is based on the Riyal exchange rate and may vary in the final billing.
- 25% payment of the selected package is to be deposited at the time of Hajj booking.
- Company will not be responsible for any delay and/or non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the Saudi Consulate.
- The package price remains stable even if the itinerary extends by a day or two due to airline and hotel adjustments.
- Single applicants are accommodated in 3/4 person sharing.
- Specific room details, such as view, floor, bed, or bath size, are not guaranteed in this package.
- Fulfillment of Bio-metric Process Requirements aligns with Saudi Government regulations.
- Costs associated with the Bio-metric process are not included in the package.
- The finalized itinerary are shared one week before departure.
- Beds for the third and fourth occupants in hotels might be smaller or sofa beds.
- The use of kitchen facilities near the Haram in Makkah and Medina hotels is strictly prohibited.
- Bus transfers may involve waiting for a few hours due to potential congestion or road closures by the Saudi Police.
- The Saudi Hajj Ministry/Administration directly manages airport-to-hotel transfers, transfers to Mina and Arafat (8th and 9th Zil Hajj), Air Cooler availability in tents, and other elements. The managing company is not liable for unforeseeable discomfort caused by these.
- Airlines adhere to a limited refund policy.
Company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage(s) incurred during travel
- The infant upgrade excludes transfer bus seats and beds in Makkah and Medina.
Deduction charges apply to cancellations within 30 days after completing the company’s waiting list registration form.
Submission Requirements:
- 25% advance payment per person.
- Two copies of a machine-readable passport (valid for no less than 6 months).
- Blood Group Info.
- Two copies of CNIC or B-Form (applicable for those under 18 years of age).
- Next of Kin CNIC copy.
- Eight 4 X 3 cm Photographs against a light blue background.
75% of the balance payment can be made periodically upto the last day of Ramadan corresponding 10th April, 2024
